Queen’s Park: Ministers’ Schedules and Events

  • 9:00 a.m. – Richmond Hill: An infrastructure announcement with the Honourable Jane Philpott, Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Markham-Stouffville, on behalf of the Honourable Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities; the Honourable Steven Del Duca, Ontario Minister of Transportation; and Wayne Emmerson, York Region Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
  • 9:00 a.m. – Toronto: The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, and the Honourable Indira Naidoo-Harris, Minister of the Status of Women and Minister Responsible for Early Years and Child Care, will make an announcement regarding Early Learning and Child Care.
  • 9:45 a.m. – Hamilton: Premier Kathleen Wynne to make an announcement.
  • 10:30 a.m. – Burlington: Premier Wynne to visit the Burlington Seniors’ Centre alongside Minister Eleanor McMahon.
  • 11:00 a.m. – Hamilton: Ted McMeekin, MPP for Ancaster-Dundas-Flamborough-Westdale, will make an announcement on behalf of Dr. Eric Hoskins, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care.
  • 11:00 a.m. – Ottawa: Marie-France Lalonde, Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, and Yasir Naqvi, Attorney General, will make an announcement. They will be joined by Jacques Frémont, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ottawa, and Paul Schabas, Treasurer of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
  • 12:00 p.m. – Burlington: Premier Wynne to participate in a roundtable discussion alongside Minister McMahon.
  • 12:45 p.m. – London: Deb Matthews, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development, will visit the Laubach Literacy Ontario and Ontario Native Literacy Coalition’s Joint Conference and make an announcement.
  • 1:30 p.m. – Milton: Premier Wynne to visit the Islamic Community Centre of Milton.
  • 2:30 p.m. – Milton: Premier Wynne to hold a town hall discussion on Women’s Entrepreneurship alongside Minister Indira Naidoo-Harris.
  • 6:15 p.m. – Brampton: Premier Wynne to attend the 2017 Seva Food Bank Fundraising Reception.
