- 10:00 a.m. – Dartmouth, NS: Darren Fisher, Member of Parliament for Dartmouth-Cole Harbour, on behalf of the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, will make a significant announcement related to the Oceans Protection Plan.
- 1:00 p.m. – Ottawa, ON: The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, on behalf of the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, as she makes a funding announcement under the Community Resilience Fund.
- 6:00 p.m. – Truro, NS: Bill Casey, Member of Parliament for Cumberland – Colchester, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will bring greetings at the opening ceremony of the 2018 World Down Syndrome Swimming Championships.
