- 9:00 a.m. – Sherbrooke, QC: As part of the 2018 International Mobility Week, the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, will deliver remarks at Sherbrooke University regarding a contribution agreement between the Government of Canada and the Carrefour de Solidarité Internationale de Sherbrooke [Sherbrooke international solidarity centre].
