- 8:30 a.m. – Burnaby, BC: Terry Beech, Member of Parliament for Burnaby North–Seymour and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, will visit the British Columbia Institute of Technology to highlight how the Government of Canada is helping more part-time students afford post-secondary education.
- 9:00 a.m. – Surrey, BC: John Aldag, Member of Parliament for Cloverdale-Langley City, on behalf of the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, as he makes a crime prevention funding announcement.
- 10:00 a.m. – Montreal, QC: The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will highlight one of the successful proposals under the $950-million Innovation Superclusters Initiative.
- 10:00 a.m. – Quebec, QC: The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will highlight one of the successful proposals under the $950-million Innovation Superclusters Initiative.
- 10:00 a.m. – Laval, QC: Angelo Iacono, Member of Parliament for Alfred-Pellan, will make an announcement regarding financial support for innovative Laval business Produits alimentaires Viau, a major deli meat producer.
- 10:30 a.m. – Kuujjuaq, QC: Yvonne Jones, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs, will announce how the Government of Canada is helping youth find and keep good jobs.
- 11:00 a.m. – Edmonton, AB: The Honourable Jane Philpott, Minister of Indigenous Services, alongside Grand Chief Rupert Meneen, will attend the Grand Opening of the Nations of Treaty 8 Urban Child and Family Services Office.
- 12:30 p.m. – Moncton, NB: The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, along with the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Moncton—Riverview—Dieppe, and the Honourable Brian Gallant, Premier of New Brunswick, will co-host a news conference following the meeting of the Atlantic Growth Strategy Leadership Committee.
- 2:00 p.m. – Quebec, QC: The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, will discuss insight collected during public consultations conducted to help shape Canada’s Poverty Reduction Strategy.
- 3:00 p.m. – Toronto, ON: Michael Levitt, Member of Parliament for York Centre, on behalf of the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, as he makes a community resilience funding announcement.
