As a Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Pathway Group, Amanda provides strategic advice and public policy analysis. She advises clients on how to successfully influence government strategies through stakeholder relations and strategic communications while holding significant experience across several regulated sectors.
Prior to joining Pathway Group, Amanda has spent the majority of her career in consulting roles primarily focused on files related to energy, trade, economic development, tourism and the skilled trades.
Most recently, Amanda supported an energy focused team providing public affairs and advisory services to clients focused on energy efficiency, new emerging technologies, major infrastructure projects, and procurement processes.
Prior to her experience in consulting, Amanda began her career working in public policy and communications at the Business Council of Canada, providing policy and advocacy advice on key economic issues impacting our country.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program at Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Outside of work, Amanda can often be found hiking the Bruce Trail, golfing or volunteering in her community.
