Queen’s Park: Minister’s Schedules and Events

  • 9:00 a.m. – Toronto: MPP Nathalie Des Rosiers will be discussing her private members bill about human rights code.
  • 9:30 a.m. – Toronto: OPSEU President Smokey Thomas to Comment on Ernst & Young (EY) report.
  • 10:00 a.m. – Toronto: Laurie Scott, Minister of Labour, will make an announcement.
  • 3:30 p.m. – Toronto: The top campaign strategists from Ontario’s four main parties will talk about how they motivated voters—and outmanoeuvred each other—in the election that changed Ontario: Kory Teneycke (PC), Michael Balagus (NDP), David Herle (Liberal) and Becky Smit (Green). The panel will be moderated by Martin Regg Cohn.

Queen’s Park: Chamber Business

  • Resuming the debate adjourned on September 25, 2018 on the amendment to the motion regarding the appointment of a Select Committee on Financial Transparency.

Queen’s Park: Committees

  • 9:00 a.m. – The Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills will meet for the purpose of report writing.
  • 4:00 p.m. – The Standing Committee on General Government will meet.
