Queen’s Park: Minister’s Schedules and Events

  • 9:00 a.m. – Markham: Jeff Leal, Minister Responsible for Small Business, will make an announcement.
  • 9:00 a.m. – Ottawa: Dipika Damerla, Minister of Seniors Affairs, will make an announcement.
  • 9:15 a.m. – Toronto: Charles Sousa, Minister of Finance, will make an announcement.
  • 9:15 a.m. – Toronto: Rev. Dr. Cheri DiNovo and lawyer Douglas Elliott to call on the Ontario Government and the United Church of Canada to acknowledge an historic wrong. Media studio, Queen’s Park.
  • 10:00 a.m. – Kenora: Ford will tour Main Street in Kenora.
  • 11:45 a.m. – Kenora: Ford will visit to Lake of the Woods Brewing Company.
  • 12:00 p.m. – Toronto: Premier Wynne to deliver remarks at an Olympic and Paralympic athlete reception. Main Legislative Building, Lieutenant Governor’s Suite, Queen’s Park.
  • 1:15 p.m. – Toronto: PC MPP Lisa MacLeod and Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) President David Reid will be unveiling OREA’s report and recommendations on marijuana grow-ops and the impact legalized cannabis will have on homes in Ontario.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Toronto: Girls’ Government from Vista Hills Public School in Waterloo hosts Media Conference. Media studio, Queen’s Park.
  • 2:45 p.m. – Dryden: Ford will take a tour of Domtar.
  • 3:30 p.m. – Toronto: Minister Eleanor McMahon, President of the Treasury Board and Ontario Minister Responsible for Digital Government attends Digital Literacy + Coding Pilot Project Launch.YMCA Academy (Central YMCA Centre).
  • 4:30 p.m. – Dryden: Ford will attend a business, industry and health stakeholder reception
  • 5:30 p.m. – Dryden: Ford will hold a rally. Dryden Regional Training & Cultural Centre.
  • 7:00 p.m. – Brampton: Premier Wynne to deliver remarks at a Sikh Heritage Month reception.
